This replacement battery is specifically designed for Dyson V11 “Click-in” (button-type) models, compatible with SV15 variants such as the V11 Absolute, Fluffy, Animal, and Complete. Before purchasing, please compare your vacuum’s battery release mechanism with the provided images to confirm the correct shape and compatibility. **Important:** This battery is NOT compatible with SV14 models or any ‘screw-mounted’ V11 versions (those secured with screws around the battery area, which require a different battery type).
V15 & V11 Click-in Battery Guidelines
Charging: Use only official V11/V15 chargers at room temperature. Avoid charging in direct sunlight, humid environments, or near heat sources.
Storage: Keep 30%-50% charge in dry, cool areas (10°C-30°C). For long-term storage (>1 month), maintain a charge level of 30%-50% and store in a dry area with stable temperatures (50°F-86°F / 10°C-30°C). Never store the battery fully discharged. Clean battery contacts monthly with a dry microfiber cloth.
Compatibility: Compatible with V11, V15, SV15, SV16, SV17, SV22, SV28, SV29, SV47 models only. **NOT FOR V11 Screw-in SV14.**
Reset: To reset, remove the battery, hold the power button for 20 seconds, then reinstall the battery after 10 minutes.
LED Indicators: Solid red light indicates contacting support is needed. A flashing blue light suggests the device needs to cool down.
