Helpful Tips:
- Please do not pull or drag the hose on rough ground to prevent sharp sand from entering and piercing the hose, and to reduce friction between the water pipes.
- To avoid leakage, please add one or more rubber gaskets to the connector, as faucet outlets can vary in length.
- Do not run hot water through this hose.
- The hose is not intended for drinking water use.
- Do not leave the water turned ON and the hose under pressure when not in use.
- Drain the hose in the summer when you are not using it and keep it shaded as much as possible.
- When storing the hose in winter, ensure it is completely drained as remaining water can freeze and damage the hose.
- Always drain the hose completely before storage, as residual water can accelerate the aging of the water pipes.
Important Reminder:
If leakage occurs around the connectors themselves, use waterproof adhesive tape (commonly known as plumber’s tape or PTFE tape). This is readily available at hardware and home improvement stores and is very inexpensive. Simply wrap it around the faucet threads a few times before screwing the hose on, and it will create a good seal. It’s not permanent; you can easily remove or replace it after detaching the hose.
